Imagine, if you can, waking every single morning in severe, unrelenting pain.
Imagine having to give up just about everything you love because of that pain.
Imagine not being able to do things like everyone else your age.
Imagine losing friends and feeling alienated from family because they don’t understand.
Imagine often having the highest known pain on the McGill Pain Index, but people don’t believe you because you don’t look sick.
Imagine the hug of a loved one giving you as much pain as it does joy.
I don’t have to imagine it because I live it every single day.
That’s the sweetest thing ever! The medal!

It’s definitely lonely and isolating …
I’m pretty sure I have heard of that app but I’ve never looked it up or anything. You’ve peaked my interest now though. I will check it out. Thank you so much!

Once again so sorry you are going through this…I have heard very similar things from people in a group I was in on Facebook. So soul destroying to have constant suffering that is invisible.
have you heard of an app called Curable? To be honest I don’t like the name, I find it rather activating, but it really helped me deal with some physical problems. If you are interested you could search Cureable Community on Facebook, you should be able to find the group. Once in, you can search for other people who are there who have the same condition as you.I can only imagine how lonely it is to feel like no one else understands. If they still offer a free trial on the Cureable app I highly recommend trying it out.
