As the year comes to an end, just know you didn’t waste it. Those little moments of happiness, the small wins, even just finding peace in the chaos … they all mattered.
This year wasn’t easy, but surviving it is a testament to your strength. Growth doesn’t always look like success. Sometimes it’s just holding on when everything feels heavy. Be proud of yourself for making it through.

No, not at all! I feel the same way honestly. Its reality. Its how you feel. And in no way whatsoever is that being dramatic. No one else knows what it’s like to be you, so if by some chance anyone tells you that it’s being dramatic, then, well, forget about them. I know…..its not that easy. ESPECIALLY when the one telling you that you’re being dramatic is inside your own head!!
I know. Believe me. I hear you and see you and acknowledge that ‘barely’ is where you’re at. All I can tell you is to keep breathing. (That’s what I’m telling myself too.)
